In order to maintain high production quality and achieve efficient and standardized results in powder coating applications, contamination from normal air must be prevented. Therefore, there is a need for specific areas where the number of particles in the medium is kept under control, and where the temperature and humidity of the medium are within a certain range. These areas are called clean rooms (Climatization rooms). The most important factor in clean room design is to ensure that the number of particles in the environment is kept within the limits. However, the air temperature and humidity values are kept under control to provide an air-conditioned environment. According to this, planning is done according to the following factors.
• The amount of air change per unit time is determined (m3 / h)
• Filter class to be used is determined
• Air flow shape and direction is determined
• The doors at the entrance-exits and, if necessary, other support elements to prevent contamination are identified.
• The ambient pressure of the room is determined.
• Temperature and relative humidity of the room are determined.
