Web type conveyors are used for the transportation of heavy materials that do not require precise transportation. They are classified as 3 ”, 4” and 6” according to their carrying capacity. Web Type Conveyor, although being heavy-duty conveyor systems, are long-lasting and low-maintenance economic systems.

3 “(TR348) Conveyor systems: These systems are called with this name because their chain pitch is close to 3”. Trolleys mounted on the chain can move on NPI 80 – 100 profile. The unit load carrying capacity of trolleys is 140 Kg and the breaking strength of the chain is 11000 Kg. Since the trolleys can only be connected to the middle links of the chains, the intermediate distances can be set to 6 “ and multiples.

4 “(TR458) Conveyor systems: These systems are called by this name because their chain pitch is close to 4”. Trolleys mounted on the chain can move on NPI 100 – 140 profile. In standard trolleys the load carrying capacity is 200 Kg and the breaking strength of the chain is 22000 Kg. In this type of conveyor, unit loads up to 450 kg can be transported by means of heavy type trolleys with 4 bearings. Since the trolleys can only be connected to the center link of the chains, the intermediate distances can be set to 8 “ and multiples.

6 “(TR678) Conveyor systems: These systems are called by this name because their chain pitch is close to 6”. The trolleys mounted on the chain can move on the NPI 160 – 180 profile. The unit load carrying capacity of the
trolleys is 400 Kg and the breaking strength of the chain is 38500 Kg. Since the trolleys can only be connected to the middle links of the chains, the intermediate distances can be specified as 12 “ and multiples.
